Arbaaz Sobhan
Senior Manager, Strategic  Planning and Development

Roles
As the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning and Development, Arbaaz heads that proposal unit at e.Gen Consultants Ltd.
Responsible for preparing the theoretical framework for the various national and international proposals that the firm is submitting. This essentially entails preparing the general approach and workplan for the projects.
Leads efforts in the identification of appropriate experts.
Also responsible for developing and maintaining liaison with international counterparts and providing support to project implementation activities as and when required.
Responsible for the direct supervision of the Business Development Executives
Provides support to the project implementation officer as and when required.

Roles

Lead the bid selection and preparation for the Power & Energy sector,

Lead the Identification and Selection of appropriate Consultants & Negotiation with them regarding remuneration,

Prepare the selected CVs in the required format (e.g. ADB, WB or others) and compile the prepared CVs with the final proposal,

Propose and prepare dynamic approach, framework, & methodology for short-listed projects,
Lead the organizational Recruitment Process (CV Collection & Screening, Interviews, Evaluation and Selection),

Provide orientation to the new recruits, and train & prepare them for competing with International Management Consulting firms,

Manage the employee performance appraisal system & update it accordingly.

Omaina Rahman
Manager, Business Development

Plays a Technical role in the Business Development team for the project proposal preparation that the firm is pursuing.
Communicates with the appropriate consultants for team building.

Emran Hossain
Finance & Administration Manager

Roles
Responsible for all aspects of finance and administration and will report on a daily basis to CEO. Involved in developing and implementing financial and administrative procedures such as: payroll, bookkeeping, insurance, budget and cost control, personnel policies, accounting functions, procurement procedures, contracts, inventory management and control procedures, financial reporting, obtaining appropriate financing,  ensuring that taxes and other payments are made in a timely manner to all government agencies.
Also responsible for administrative and project implementation support.

Ahmedul Hasan
Assistant Manager (Technical Support & Documentation)

Roles
Assists the CEO in day to day activities
Works with Executive Director and Business Development Executives for identifying suitable projects for participation
Responsible for the composing/compilation of the proposals and EOIs for both national and international projects and will do the graphic designing,diagram/flow chart preparation etc.
Assists the CV Manager and Business Development Manager for need assessment and listing of the positions of the proposed resource persons for collection of CVs, update and format the CVs into the required formats
Has a strong background in Computer Fundamentals, MS Office package, Graphics Design, use of Internet and Intranet through LAN, use of office equipment such as PABX phone system, fax machine, Scanner, Printer, etc.
Responsible for report/proposal/EOI composing, graphic designing, diagram/flow chart preparation, formatting the CVs into the required formats etc

Navid Muntakeem Khan
Business Development Executive

Plays a vital role in the Business Development team for the team building of the project that the firm is submitting.
Communicates with the appropriate consultants for team building. Conducts required formatting, modification, preparation and compilation of the CVs in the final proposal.
Collects the CVs from the potential consultants and negotiates with them regarding the remunerations.
Undertakes activities involved in preparing the theoretical framework for the various international proposals.
