Propose and prepare dynamic approach, framework, & methodology for short-listed projects,
Lead the organizational Recruitment Process (CV Collection & Screening, Interviews, Evaluation and Selection),
Provide orientation to the new recruits, and train & prepare them for competing with International Management Consulting firms,
Manage the employee performance appraisal system & update it accordingly.
