In a setting where age often trumps performance, it is refreshing to work in an environment where you are judged simply by the results you are able to produce. I am constantly surprised by how much responsibility and independence I am entrusted with and this license incentivizes me to continuously push for greater heights. I often surprise myself with what I am able to achieve and I realize that I have been able to grow, both professionally and personally. This growth can be attributed directly to a work environment that constantly challenges and nurtures and I look forward to continue this journey towards realizing personal potential that I wasn’t even aware of.
