Job Responsibility:
To communicate with potential firms for association at the EOI stage.
To communicate with potential consultants/experts at the EOI stage.
To collect necessary documents (exclusive LOA & LOC, PDS, corporate profiles, CVs, etc.) from the associated partners/firms/experts.
To prepare and submit the EOI according to the client’s requirements & procurement guidelines.
To follow up with the client regarding the project status.
Assist the supervisor in team building at the proposal stage.
Job Requirement:
Bachelors Degree from any well reputed university,
Good research and communication skill,
Good command in MS Office is a must;
Well conversant in English.

Business Analyst:
Job Grade: B2
Job Responsibility:
To communicate with potential firms for association at the EOI stage.
To communicate with potential consultants/experts at the EOI stage.
To collect necessary documents (exclusive LOA & LOC, PDS, corporate profiles, CVs, etc.) from the associated partners/firms/experts.
To prepare and submit the EOI according to the client’s requirements & procurement guidelines.
To follow up with the client regarding the project status.
Communicate with the consortium partners, potential firms & individual consultants at proposal stage, and confirm availability of all the possible experts.
Provide assistance to the line managers in data mining and proposal preparation (both Technical & Financial).

Good command in MS Office is a must;
Well conversant in English.

The above Positions are vacant in the following four Departments with responsibilities and functions under each explained below.
(i) Business Development Unit
Submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for International Consulting Projects as initiated my multilateral and bilateral development agencies like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNDP, EU, DFID, USAID. Build strong Consortium of International and National Firms in pursuit of business opportunities. Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination with counterparts in the International Consulting Industry. Identify new business ventures, both solicited and unsolicited and follow up on existing relationships.
(ii) Technical Support Unit
Develop, maintain, and update the resource base of the firm – both internal and external. Continually upgrade the database of International Firms and Consultants, Strategic Partners, Key Clients. Assist the Proposal Management and Business Development Team by providing ready access to relevant data. Update and manage the website, upgrade the corporate profile, and ensure the technical competency of the firm.
